Examining your email, contacts, calendar of events and even the vocabulary you use, Business of Your Brain highlights potential distractions including:
- Total time spent in meetings
- "Urgent" matters (that probably aren't)
- Long-winded emails and the people who send them
- Any and all mention of "Fantasy Football"
